About Our Candidate
David is both a fiscal and social conservative, as such he is a proponent of a smaller federal
government and believes strongly in state and local governance.
He was born in Los Angeles and raised in Southern California.
David graduated with honors from Pepperdine University in Malibu – all while working full-time and maintaining his full-time student status.
After graduation he secured a management position with Pacific Telephone in Los Angeles and continued his education pursing graduate studies in Public Administration at Long Beach State University followed by legal studies at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton.
He was transferred by his employer to San Ramon where he pursued his career negotiating
contracts on behalf of Pacific Bell and AT&T.
After approximately eleven years David left Pacific Bell as a Technical Director to pursue other opportunities.
He has held multiple positions within Fortune 100 companies and titles including, but not limited
to: Director of Engineering, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of various organizations.
David and his wife have raised four children in the East Bay, while residing in San Ramon.
In addition to raising a family, David has been active in Toastmasters International, educational fundraising activities, San Ramon Rotary, church and community while being a competitive soccer coach for over fifteen years.
